A company is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Manager for SaaS Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise sales engineers for product demos, training, and customer setup

Ensure timely and effective responses to inbound pre-sales support inquiries

Track team performance to meet sales objectives and motivate the team to exceed goals

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in managing pre-sales and post-sales operations for SaaS or cloud-based products

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

Proven ability to coach and evaluate performance of sales and support teams

Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management

Technical aptitude to understand and explain software products across various platforms
