Customer Service Manager
As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing customer service support, scheduling, processing requests, and assistance with Government conferences.
Essential Job Functions :
- Provide opening procedures to include posting conference schedules at government facilities
- Phone service begins immediately following opening procedures
- Provide customer service support by staffing a customer service desk to generate products & services requests and respond to customer requests including tracking requests
- Integrate service order requests and provide assistance to conference attendees
- Provide notary service
- Provide oversight of the key management and control
- The Customer Service Manager, or their approved designees, must be present during the business hours of 0600-1800. After normal business hours or during weekends, Customer Service Manager or their approved designees shall be physically present within two (2) hours of notification of an incident requiring emergency response, if and when an emergency situation occurs and shall be available for contact by telephone 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (24 / 7), including holidays.
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related field4 years' experience in management role overseeing customer service operationsSecurity Clearance : Top Secret SCI Polygraph
