Job Summary
Immediate opening for a skilled technician in HVAC systems maintenance and repair. Covered by the Local 99 CBA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular assessments of building system operations.
- Perform tests, tours, and data analysis to assure proper operation of building machinery.
- Execute minor repairs and preventive maintenance on building equipment, machinery, and components located in the interior or exterior of the building.
