A company is looking for an Enterprise Deployment Program Operations & Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate L1 queue in Jira; manage customer communications for incidents and maintenance
Execute standard changes via GitOps and validate rollouts
Perform cluster and infrastructure checks, including health, logs, and patch management
Required Qualifications :
2-4 years in technical support or SRE / NOC; 1+ year with Kubernetes in production
Knowledge of kubectl, Helm, Git, YAML, and Linux
Experience with cloud networking fundamentals, DNS / TLS, and load balancers
Familiarity with a ticketing system and on-call platform
Ability to provide clear written incident updates and maintain customer communication
