Requirements Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required, CDA preferred. One year experience in administrative support functions required; detail oriented, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to adhere to deadlines; must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working in a database required. Able to work flexible hours including some evening and weekends. Valid FL Driver's License or State of FL ID card. This is a position of special trust which requires the employee to successfully meet Level 2 background screening requirements. Able to perform in an empowered environment by working collaboratively with other professionals, personnel and direct service providers. Must be familiar and comfortable working with diverse populations.
Maintains schedules / calendars and securing meeting locations; ensure team members sign in / out resource materials, tracks and ensures return of all materials; assist with monthly distribution of HIPPY curriculum materials; create service documentation forms for HIPPY programs; enter program data into required database(s); generates and distributes monthly attendance reports; create flyers, brochures and presentation slides; reviews marketing materials to ensure proper formatting, updated company required bugs, letterhead, etc..; coordinate the production of the materials with vendor; maintain updated HIPPY binders, spreadsheets and records; tracks service documentation; participate audits.
