Job Overview
The Graphic Artist is responsible for concept development, designing, developing, and delivering graphic assets that visually communicate a Brand's intended message to guests in both digital and print formats that resonates with audiences to drive engagement for Seasons 52 brand. This individual ensures that design and development of deliverables fulfills Brand standards. The Graphic Artist works to deliver multiple projects, actively managing resources in order to meet deadlines. This role provides creative feedback and direction to external agencies to ensure deliverables align with Brand standards.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Function as Brand steward for all visual communication at all touchpoints, both print layout and digital assets
- Design and develop brand-enhancing creative materials in all formats (print ads, collateral, signage, banners, website landing pages, menus, email, display ads, social and etc.)
- Provide creative feedback and direction to Brand clients and external agencies
- Lead photoshoot pre-production meetings, art direct during photoshoots and re-touch resulting images to ensure alignment with Brand standards and digital library asset management
- Adapt and translate creative from external agency to other formats in keeping with Brand standards
- Adjust existing and create versioned files from outside agencies
- Demonstrate strong command of typography and color theory, design innovation trends
- Understand and effectively translate wireframes into Brand appropriate digital assets like landing pages and email using Adobe Photoshop / InDesign illustrator
- Ensure all materials are built properly, saved and backed-up properly and are production ready before releasing to vendors manage library of assets
- Provide creative solutions to internal clients which elevate the Brand
- Partner with the brand teams to deliver materials on time and in-spec to media agencies and printers
- Manage project timelines to ensure all projects are delivered on-time to the brand teams
Required Technical Skills
3+ years experience in Graphic Design, Art or related fieldMust be proficient in the Apple platform including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Animate, etc.) and Microsoft Office ApplicationsStrong design skills and conceptual abilityDemonstrated ability to work in a highly detail oriented and fast paced environmentRequired Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Art or related fieldOther Key Qualifications
Have a desire to stay current with relevant design trends and platformsAbility to be innovative and present relevant ideas that align with BrandExperience in video production and editingExperience in Photography – Camera / lighting knowledge for studio environmentSome experience with codingAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionOrganization and time management skillsAbility to prioritize, including the ability to multi-task when necessaryAbility to communicate (verbal and written) with clarity in the business environmentAbility to exercise appropriate judgement by using information and knowledge to make timely, effective decisionsPhysical Requirements
