Full job description- ON SITE
The senior recruiter will report to the director of recruiting and is responsible for assisting with effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.Source and screen candidates through resumes and interviews.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Assist in developing and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote ROWI's employment opportunities.Any additional duties as assigned by the senior management team.Other Related Skills and Abilities :
Ability to manage time effectively and work with minimal supervision.Work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.Engage in effective written and verbal communication.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Possess strong critical thinking skillsAbility to set priorities and to handle multiple assignments.Basic Education and Experience Required :
BA / BS degree from an accredited school preferred.Minimum of (1) years of experience in the mental health field preferred.Minimum of (4) years of Recruiting experience.Knowledge / Competencies :
Proficient in basic computer skills.Must be able to demonstrate leadership ability and knowledgeMust cope constructively with stressful situations.Must demonstrate tact, initiative, resourcefulness, professional manner,enthusiasm, and non-judgmental attitude.
Documents clearly and efficiently.Proficient in social media platforms.Additional Requirements :
Must have valid First-Aid & CPR Certifications and a criminal background check.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
