Key Responsibilities
Manage and support HR processes in Workday / SAP, including employee lifecycle and HR reporting
Handle HR documentation and administer data quality reports
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service quality and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Solid knowledge of HR systems, specifically Workday and / or SAP
3 years of experience in an HR environment
Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a concentration in HR
Technical expertise in HR processes and understanding of process dependencies
Bi-lingual Spanish speaking and writing skills required
