As a Hire Manager based in Livingston you'll be responsible for :

• Increasing our on-hire activity.
• Being proactive and reaching out to existing and prospective customers.
• Maintaining detailed records and having an attention to detail.
• Responding to customer queries re sales and hire equipment
• Putting quotes together for hire sales and repairs and tracking the quotes
• Maintaining and checking records of live hires and fleet locations
• Liaising with the Operations Supervisor with setting priorities for the team regarding breakdowns, deliveries, collections and plant transfersThis is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. And here's what we'd like you to have :
• Previous industry experience within machinery hire would be very beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and be happy making and receiving telephone calls rather than relying on email communication.
