Who Are You?

• 4-8 years of experience in sales or business development in one of these industries : telecom, construction, or infrastructure services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results driven.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Monday.com or similar.
• Ability to learn technical concepts related to fiber optics, splicing, and installation.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume prospecting.
• Associates or bachelors degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.

About Your Role :

As our first Business Development hire, you will help define how we growbuilding the relationships, strategies, and systems that connect us to our next wave of partners and customers. Were hiring a Director of Business Development to lead go-to-market outreach, partner development, and sales pipeline creation. You will work directly with the CEO, sales team, and operations team to identify new business opportunities, pursue accounts with our ideal client profiles, and shape our growth roadmap from the ground up.
