Functional Analyst

A company is looking for a Functional Analyst who will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze, research, and document business processes and stakeholder requirements

Partner with the Product Manager to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for Agile teams

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required

Prior experience as an IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Functional Analyst supporting application development

Experience with large enterprise or mission-critical applications preferred

Experience collaborating with UX teams to shape user interactions

Passion for quality and continuous improvement
