Join a dependable, team-first manufacturing group producing precision plastic components. As an Injection Molding Production Technician, you’ll run molding equipment, perform visual checks, and keep production flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life

You clock in, review the work instructions, and get your press running. Each cycle, you remove parts, check appearance and quality, and set aside anything that needs attention. You note observations, communicate special instructions to the next shift, and alert technicians, leads, or supervisors if something looks off. Between runs, you keep your station clean and organized, cover a teammate’s break when needed, and pitch in on supportive tasks—like annealing parts or boxing and bagging finished goods. Safety is a constant focus, and you help maintain a safe, orderly work area.

What You’ll Tackle

• Operate plastic injection molding machines according to detailed instructions and direction from supervisors.
• Perform visual inspections for quality and cosmetic standards.
• Report defects or abnormalities to technicians, lead operators, or supervisors right away.
• Share critical updates and special instructions with teammates across shifts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
• Support the team as needed, including annealing parts and boxing / bagging products.

What You Bring
