Assistant Manager (REMOTE-Data Entry)

The mission of this role is to ensure timely delivery of shipments to our customers while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The candidate will be responsible for creating invoices in SAP Ariba and conducting data entry in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage sales invoices in the SAP Ariba portal.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
• Support administrative functions to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Ensure shipments are delivered to customers on time.

Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position, with the requirement to pick up equipment in Torrance. The role offers flexibility in work location while maintaining connectivity and productivity through remote technologies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Torrance, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
