Role : Talent Acquisition Manager
Location : Remote (U.S. based) EST time zone
Compensation : $69.71 / hourly
This is an indefinite contract. 10-panel Drug screen required.
AimHire is partnering with a global leader in sustainable design, engineering, and consulting solutions to identify a Talent Acquisition Manager who will lead recruitment strategy and manage a team of recruiters supporting the U.S. Mobility business unit.

Responsibilities :
- Leading and developing a team of recruiters across the U.S.
- Owning full-cycle recruitment for roles across engineering, project management, and other specialist functions.
- Partnering with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver effective recruiting strategies.
- Conducting intake meetings, advising on job descriptions, and ensuring excellent candidate experience.
- Building and maintaining a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Leveraging recruitment tools, ATS systems, and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborating closely with global TA leadership to align excellence and best practices.
Requirements :
7+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within engineering or technical disciplines.Proven experience leading a remote recruiting team.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and executives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Oracle or similar ATS platforms.Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience.AimHire is an equal opportunity employer.
