So, it is our pleasure to announce that we are currently seeking a full-time candidate for the role of Maintenance Worker to join our team!

By ICL definition, a Maintenance Worker is someone responsible for performing 'super-like' masonry duties and related activities at an assigned facility location by conducting a variety of routine maintenance repairs, and manual labor duties using a variety of hand power tools and various equipment. Activities, tasks, and equipment / vehicle usage vary according to the season and individual needs of the program. Please Note : this role is not to be confused with a Custodian, there is seldom cleaning involved.

To be considered for this role, you MUST adhere to and understand the requirements and tasks listed below

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

• VALID State Driver's License Photo ID NY, NJ, CT, or PA preferred
• No EDU Required or OSHA 30 or higher Certified a plus but not mandatory
• Available 5 Days Min. b / w Monday to Sunday Days, Hours, and Location : TBD
• Basic communication, writing, and conveying skills bi-lingual is a plus but not mandatory
• 2+ years of trade work, installations, and masonry exp. knowledge in 'handy-person' like maintenance mandatory
• Responsible and safe usage of tools and basic info related to maintenance i.e. drills, power saws, hammers, and more
• Proper attire always includes work pants, boots, and outer / inner-wear with the ICL company logo (provided after training)
• Following all safety guidelines per the performance of the tasks mentioned below...
