As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for a Franchise Development Senior Director, AlphaGraphics to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.

This position is responsible for managing a pipeline of candidates through a Discovery Process, resulting in the issuance of a Franchise Agreement. This position makes effective use of leads generated from various franchising marketing channels as well as proactively networking to identify independent print / sign companies to target. This position reports to the VP Retail Network Development.

What We Expect Of You :

The primary duties and responsibilities of the Franchise Development Regional Director are as follows :

• Managing a pipeline of candidates specifically for Franchise opportunities
• Network with broker systems
• Attend tradeshows as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate records / updates in Fran Connect (CRM) related to all pipeline candidates
• Achieve key metrics associated with Franchise Development growth plans annually
