Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Location : Onsite - 4700 West Sam Houston Parkway North

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provide leadership, guidance, support and direction for the front office and non-clinical staff
• Function as first contact for customer service issues
• May assist to coordinate work of other team members
• Resolve complex issues rarely deferring to supervisor / manager
• Serves as PSR mentor and trainer and provides expertise as SME to PSR staff
• Lead may need to be willing to travel within their own market for coverage, training, support needs, assisting with training newly acquired clinic locations, etc.
• May perform regular PSR duties to include greeting patients; complete check-in and check-out tasks; collecting co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles; answering phones, scheduling appointments, re-direct calls as appropriate, and assist callers with questions or concerns within the PSR scope
• In addition to regular PSR duties, at least 50% of time must be dedicated to clinic metrics / projects / initiatives as deemed by clinic leadership. Examples include but are not limited to the following :

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
