Purpose

Reporting to our Head of Operations, you will lead the local quality function (control and systems) to ensure product quality and drive quality improvement, mindset and customer satisfaction at the site level.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead a local quality teams and manages talents.
• As QC / QM Team Manager, manage and improve shop floor quality and technology driven by regional global policy and implement local Vendor and Customer Quality programs aligned with global regional policy
• Identify and drive opportunities for local QC / QM improvement
• Oversee local / regional projects and enable knowledge / best practices sharing.
• Manage change processes relevant to job function driven by global policy.
