The on-site Health Center at Meadow Ridge in Redding, Connecticut, is a certified facility offering skilled nursing for short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.

We're looking for a Sous Chef who shares our passion and commitment to creating extraordinary dining experiences for all our dining venues serving residents.

The Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in coordinating food preparation and presentation and supervises kitchen staff. Responsibilities include ensuring sanitation, preparing food using standardized recipes, managing serving portions, adhering to meal schedules, proper storage of raw and prepared foods, and maintaining cleanliness.
