Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Masters degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred).

Minimum 1 year of home health or clinical physical therapy experience.

Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License in good standing.

Current CPR certification .

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to visit patients in the community.
