Salary : $100,000 - $130,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing facility layouts using AutoCAD and other industry-standard software.
  • Overseeing and improving tooling processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Conducting regular maintenance and inspections of production systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and safety protocols.
  • Driving quality improvements through rigorous quality control and continuous process enhancement.
  • Collaborating with operations teams to optimize production processes and workflows.
  • Developing and maintaining cost-effective strategies for material procurement and utilization.
  • Applying expertise in costing to ensure the financial viability of production processes.
  • Formulating and implementing strategies to enhance safety and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and devise innovative solutions.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the Construction industry.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software for designing and optimizing facility layouts.
  • Extensive experience with tooling processes and maintenance protocols.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards in the Construction industry.
  • Proven track record in driving quality improvements and controlling quality.
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and productivity.
  • Proficient in costing and procurement strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
