Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required)

Active or pending Illinois OT license (required)

Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities
\n\n \n\t
Evaluate students to identify sensory, motor, and self-care needs
\n\t
\n\t
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
\n\t
\n\t
Provide direct therapy services in one-on-one and small group formats
\n\t
\n\t
Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress accurately
\n\t
\n\t
Consult with teachers and families on in-classroom strategies
\n\t
\n\t
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning sessions
\n\t
\n\t
Maintain compliance with all state, district, and IDEA regulations
\n\t
\n\t
Support student participation and independence within the learning environment
\n\t
