Location : Rockford, IL
Grade Levels : Early Childhood (Pre-K focus)
Start Date : 2025–2026 School Year (Orientation begins early August)
Schedule : Full-Time | 35 hours / week | Standard school hours
Salary Range : $60,000–$70,000, based on experience
About the Opportunity :
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to support early learners in a school-based setting for the 2025–2026 school year. This role focuses on working with early childhood students, providing services in a nurturing and collaborative environment where support is always close by.
What You’ll Do :
Deliver occupational therapy services to early childhood students with a range of developmental needs
Collaborate with a team of OTs, teachers, and support staff within the district and cooperative
Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain compliance with IEP requirements
Provide strategies that support student independence in foundational skills
Partner with families and school staff to ensure consistent support across environments
Caseload Details :
Early childhood student population (Pre-K focus)
Range of developmental and functional needs
Office space provided onsite
Strong team collaboration within both school and cooperative settings
Qualifications :
Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy License (IDFPR)
Experience with early childhood populations preferred
Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
