We are seeking a visionary executive to lead our new Care Management Business Unit. As the Executive General Manager, you will own the strategic direction and operational execution of our care management initiatives. Your remit will include packaging value-based care offerings, driving market innovation, and establishing robust risk-based pricing models, all designed to empower our clients in an era of escalating medical costs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Care Management BU, ensuring alignment with Carenet Health's mission and market needs.
• Shape innovative solutions in care outcomes improvement, population health management, disease management, risk-stratification support, care planning, care coordination, and chronic care management.
• Operational Excellence
• Oversee day-to-day operations, integrating a holistic approach to reduce the 85% portion of escalating medical costs.
• Evaluate and implement risk-based pricing models and drive initiatives that optimize cost-effectiveness.
• Market Engagement & Innovation
• Lead client discussions and gather market feedback to continuously innovate current products and value propositions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and shape the go-to-market strategy.
• Drive both Phase I launch activities and Phase II initiatives, including potential M&A targets and strategic partnerships.
• Team & Partnership Development
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to executing cutting-edge care management solutions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement in alignment with evolving market trends and client needs.
