The P / T Program Specialist, Accessibility Services will :
Requirements :
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or similar field, and two years of related experience working with students with disabilities in higher education. Satisfactory completion of 30 credits toward a Master's degree may be substituted for each year of the required experience. The successful candidate must possess a high attention to detail; excellent written and oral communications skills; and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining organized. They must also have a proactive nature; exceptional judgement; and a collegial and team-oriented temperament. Proficiency in software systems including Microsoft Office applications is required. The ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential information; an ability to be flexible and adaptive to changing needs and priorities; a strong student-centered and asset-based orientation; and an ability to effectively work with a team of diverse faculty, staff and students is essential.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS : A Master's degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology is preferred.

POSITION EFFECTIVE : The position will remain open until filled.
WORK SCHEDULE : This is an on campus, part-time position, working 28 hours per week.
HOURLY RATE OF PAY : $34.60 / hour. No benefits. This position is fully grant funded.
