Overview
This position will report directly to the Management Director. The Account Director is a lead position and requires connection, coordination, and collaboration with multiple disciplines including performance media strategy and activation, creative, client management and field operations. This position involves senior client management as well as liaising with Agency teams about client objectives to ensure campaigns are fully integrated, on strategy and on equity. The work is high-energy, collaborative, and thrives on a can-do attitude with strong relationship building and problem-solving skills. The role includes management of supervisors, junior to mid-level Account Executives as well as client operations.
