A company is looking for a Project Administrator.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a primary liaison between Sales, Delivery, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Delivery Technical Oversight and PMO teams, managing priorities and resolving issues
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for resources within client environments, ensuring compliance and operational readiness
Required Qualifications :
5+ years of technology project coordinator and / or administrative experience
External client-facing experience and client service preferred
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce strongly preferred
Prior experience in project management, sales, and / or consulting preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively
