Job Title : Senior Community Manager

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Central PA and Philadelphia areas

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple properties and leading a team of property managers. As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and profitable. The Senior Community Manager role is the duties of a Regional Manager.

Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire.

Responsibilities :

Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure that they are well-maintained and profitable

Develop and implement property management plans and strategies

Oversee the work of property managers and maintenance staff

Ensure that all properties are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors

Prepare and manage budgets for each property

Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely manner

Negotiate and manage lease agreements

Provide excellent customer service to tenants and respond to their needs in a timely manner

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to property management

Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks

Strong financial management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Real Page software
