Plumber 7+ Years Experience as a Foreman or Sr. Technician

We are seeking an experienced Plumber! Individual needs to be willing to do it all : Manage jobs, Run a TI, perform commercial service calls, jump on a rehab job at an apartment complex. 5 plus years experience in new construction commercial.  Problem solving skill is a must, with ability to solve then perform plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee small to medium size crews for a completion of a work order or job
• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Investigate plumbing issues and come up with solutions to rectify
• Review blueprints and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
• Prepare written work cost estimates for clients
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Be responsible for the overall success of any job or work order assigned
• Great attitude

Qualifications :

We provide our services to general contractors performing tenant improvement construction and service repair plumbing to commercial property management customers.
