Join the team at El Encanto, A Belmond Hotel, a beautifully restored luxury property in Santa Barbara offering 92 California-styled suites and bungalows, scenic gardens, and modern amenities. We are seeking an In-Room Dining Server to deliver exceptional culinary service to our guests, enhancing their luxury experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and present guest orders securely and attractively on food carts for delivery.
• Deliver orders to guest rooms, ensuring all items, silverware, and condiments are included.
• Collect and clean used dishes, and respond to additional guest requests for dishes.
• Take guest orders over the phone, accurately recording requests and delivering service according to hotel standards.
• Process payments for orders, including delivering checks and handling payment methods.
• Use resources responsibly to minimize waste.
• Communicate relevant information to colleagues and management.
• Follow safety, health, and safety policies; report accidents or defects immediately.
• Participate in training and development activities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness in work and guest areas by properly managing food and beverage items.
