A well-established commercial interior construction company with nearly 30 years of proven success. We specialize in metal stud framing, drywall, acoustical and specialty ceilings, doors and hardware, and interior demolition. Our projects span a wide range of industries including education, healthcare, retail, office, municipal, and more. We take pride in our craftsmanship, safety, and long-standing partnerships across Southeast Michigan.

What You'll Do

Estimating Responsibilities :

  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
  • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for labor and materials
  • Solicit subcontractor / vendor pricing and evaluate proposals
  • Develop competitive, detailed estimates and submit bid packages
  • Track bid opportunities, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Attend pre-bid meetings and perform jobsite visits as needed

Project Management Responsibilities :

  • Oversee awarded projects from contract to close-out
  • Develop project schedules and coordinate manpower and subcontractors
  • Manage project budgets, change orders, and material procurement
  • Ensure safety compliance and monitor quality control on-site
  • Communicate with clients, GCs, and internal teams
  • Lead project meetings and document progress / issues
  • Maintain accurate project records and cost tracking

    • What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and / or project management, and an established network with an existing book of business
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction trades (drywall, ceilings, metal studs, demo, doors / frames)
  • Experience bidding metal framing, drywall, and acoustic ceilings
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and specifications
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; estimating / project management software experience a plus (Adobe, Bluebeam, Estimating Edge)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and job sites
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel

  • Competitive salary based on experience : $80,000-$90,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
