What You'll Do
Estimating Responsibilities :
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and addenda
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for labor and materials
- Solicit subcontractor / vendor pricing and evaluate proposals
- Develop competitive, detailed estimates and submit bid packages
- Track bid opportunities, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Attend pre-bid meetings and perform jobsite visits as needed
Project Management Responsibilities :
Oversee awarded projects from contract to close-outDevelop project schedules and coordinate manpower and subcontractorsManage project budgets, change orders, and material procurementEnsure safety compliance and monitor quality control on-siteCommunicate with clients, GCs, and internal teamsLead project meetings and document progress / issuesMaintain accurate project records and cost trackingWhat We're Looking For
4+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating and / or project management, and an established network with an existing book of businessStrong knowledge of interior construction trades (drywall, ceilings, metal studs, demo, doors / frames)Experience bidding metal framing, drywall, and acoustic ceilingsProficient in reading blueprints and specificationsSkilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; estimating / project management software experience a plus (Adobe, Bluebeam, Estimating Edge)Excellent communication, organization, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and job sitesValid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travelWhat We Offer
