About the Role

Do you have boundless energy and love being around kids? At My Gym Newton , we turn giggles into growth and playtime into progress! We're looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time and Full-Time Gymnastics Instructor who's ready to jump, roll, and cartwheel into a role that makes every day feel like recess.

You'll lead fun, high-energy classes that help children build strength, coordination, and confidence - all while keeping things safe and supportive. Whether it's their first somersault or their hundredth cartwheel, you'll be there cheering them on every step (and tumble!) of the way.

No gymnastics experience? No problem! We'll teach you everything you need to know. If you're upbeat, dependable, and love helping kids shine, we can't wait to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead and assist in exciting, age-appropriate gymnastics and movement classes.

Create a welcoming, playful, and positive environment where kids thrive.

Encourage little ones as they develop balance, coordination, and confidence.

Bring the fun to birthday parties and special events.

Help with setup, cleanup, and keeping the gym sparkling.

What We're Looking For

A genuine love for working with children (ages 6 weeks to 10 years).

A positive, energetic, and reliable attitude - you bring the good vibes!

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A willingness to learn (we provide full training!).

Experience in childcare, dance, sports, theater, or fitness is a plus - but not required!
