2026 Summer Analyst, Related Equity Fund

Responsibilities

The Summer Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Related Fund Management private equity team in evaluating and executing investments across the U.S. Specifically, this Summer Analyst will assist in underwriting, due diligence, and closings.

• Collaborate with the Investments team to underwrite potential acquisition opportunities by conducting thorough due diligence, performing detailed financial analyses, and creating sensitivity models to assess risks and returns
• Develop proformas to evaluate both current and projected property income
• Assist the Asset Management team in executing property business plans to optimize asset value, including reviewing and analyzing annual operating budgets, financial models, and historical performance
• Contribute to the preparation of comprehensive business plans, including annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry comparables, submarket trends, and emerging market conditions to inform investment and asset management strategies
• Assess project exposure and risk by evaluating financial metrics, market conditions, and project-specific variables to support decision-making across various real estate portfolios

Compensation :

The hourly compensation for this position is $45
