A company is looking for a Supervisor - Technical Support to oversee the daily activities of the Technical Support Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise daily operations of the Technical Assistance Center
Lead, manage, develop, train, and review performance of staff while ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated customer requests and implement process improvements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred
5 years of customer-facing responsibilities in Technical Service required
Prior supervisory experience required
Technical knowledge of products and understanding of their clinical use
Basic knowledge of medical terms and marketing concepts related to the products
