We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. This key leadership role is responsible for managing all maintenance activities, ensuring they are performed safely and efficiently to meet our world-class uptime and equipment reliability goals. The Maintenance Manager works closely with various departments to coordinate all mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance.

What We're Looking For

We seek candidates with a strong track record of success in a continuous, high-speed manufacturing environment.

• Experience : At least four years of related experience and at least three years as a maintenance manager or engineer in a similar operation.
• Skill Set :
• Demonstrated excellence in organizing, prioritizing, and excelling in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals at all levels.
• Creative problem-solving and the ability to take initiative.
• A great team player with effective communication skills, both oral and written.
