At William Grant & Sons, home to some of the world’s most celebrated spirits, we’re looking for a Media Manager to make those connections happen. In this role, you’ll design and deliver media campaigns that capture attention, spark conversations, and drive growth across the funnel. From bold national campaigns to smart local activations, you’ll bring energy, insight, and creativity to the way our brands show up in the world.
Responsibilities
- You’ll partner with agency and cross-functional partners to build and deliver full-funnel media plans, ensuring every investment counts.
- You’ll set goals and KPIs for every channel, develop plans grounded in consumer insights, data, and analytics.
- Day to day, you’ll manage budgets and approvals with finance, work with digital, analytics, and ecommerce teams to leverage first-party data, and turn campaign reporting into clear insights that guide action.
- You’ll be responsible for sharing results and learnings across the business, ensuring every campaign helps us raise the bar on effectiveness.
Our Ideal Candidate
5-7 years of experience in media; you’re fluent from strategy through to measurement and know how to connect brand building with conversion.Experience developing and executing cross-channel media plans, a strong understanding of KPIs and optimization, and confidence managing budgets.Intellectually curious with a collaborative mindset and the ability to translate complex results into simple, actionable insights that empower others to succeed.The salary range for this role, based out of our NYC office, is $97,128 - $117,078.Salary and Benefits
