Duly Health and Care in Schaumburg  is seeking a Urologist who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

Opportunity Highlights

• Clinic coverage will be in Schaumburg, a new state of the art facility, which opened in August 2025. Our 100,000-square-foot multi-specialty medical office building offers Primary, Specialty, and Immediate Care, lab services, imaging, and more. Possible satellite coverage will extend to Hoffman Estates practice.
• Practice includes 16 urologists and 10 advanced practice providers currently
• Clinic opening will support offices in Arlington Heights and Schaumburg
• Call will be taken at Northwest Community Hospital
• Call of 1 : 4
• Competitive total rewards salary of $500,000 and $650,000, which includes the opportunity for financial bonuses or stipends, CME funds, and shareholder track for equity eligibility
