Revit Designer (San Marcos)

Our client is seeking a skilled

Revit Drafter / Designer

to support its growing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in architecture or manufacturing design who are passionate about precision, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop detailed BIM and shop drawings including layouts, templates, sub-assemblies, cut lists, fixtures, and finishes for modular fabrication.

Create comprehensive floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for frames, walls, floors, cabinetry, plumbing, and accessories.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.

Support project managers with updates and revisions to existing drawings.

Coordinate with vendors to identify appropriate products and materials for each project.

Maintain organized documentation and project records.

Adhere to drafting schedules and respond to changes efficiently.

Monitor project scope to ensure alignment with budget estimates.

Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding product or scheduling concerns.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.

25 years of experience producing detailed architectural or shop drawings using Revit.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong attention to detail and spatial visualization skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative work style.

Experience in manufacturing or architectural environments preferred.
