Revit Designer (San Marcos)

Our client is seeking a skilled Revit Drafter / Designer to support its growing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in architecture or manufacturing design who are passionate about precision, collaboration, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop detailed BIM and shop drawings including layouts, templates, sub-assemblies, cut lists, fixtures, and finishes for modular fabrication.
• Create comprehensive floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for frames, walls, floors, cabinetry, plumbing, and accessories.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.
• Support project managers with updates and revisions to existing drawings.
• Coordinate with vendors to identify appropriate products and materials for each project.
• Maintain organized documentation and project records.
• Adhere to drafting schedules and respond to changes efficiently.
• Monitor project scope to ensure alignment with budget estimates.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams regarding product or scheduling concerns.
