Position : Irrigation Maintenance Department Manager

Location : Burnet, TX

Job Type : Full-Time

Salary : $50,000 – $60,000 per year (Based on experience and qualifications)

• Lead and manage the irrigation maintenance team
• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial irrigation systems
• Schedule and oversee system checks and emergency calls
• Train technicians and ensure quality workmanship across all jobs
• Manage department inventory, order supplies, and track expenses
• Communicate with clients and uphold our company’s high service standards
• Collaborate with ownership to improve efficiency and grow the department
