Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to join our consulting practice supporting one of our commercial clients in the Telecomm space. They will be accountable for capturing and managing project scope, timelines, budget, and resources necessary to deliver the assigned customer projects and enable project management processes and tactics to effectively mitigate risk. This position will be onsite most days at our client site in Dallas, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale agile programs in the telecom domain, ensuring delivery alignment with client business objectives in network planning, deployment, and operations.
• Serve as the first point of engagement with a strategic telecom client, building trusted relationships and demonstrating the firm's value to expand future opportunities.
• Partner with client executives, Product Owners, and SMEs to define program objectives, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure program success.
• Identify opportunities to introduce automation, AI, and workflow optimization within telecom operations.
• Track and manage program-level risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones with clear communication to leadership and client stakeholders.
• Act as a thought partner to the client, bringing best practices from agile transformation and telecom consulting engagements.
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights that highlight program value, business impact, and expansion opportunities.
• Foster collaboration across product, engineering, design, and client operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen. The minimum starting salary for this position is $130,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
