Who We’re Looking For :

Seeking a skilled Business Analyst with some PM skills to join our Client’ Salesforce Strategy & Architecture team. This team drives platform strategy, sets architectural direction, and supports proof-of-concept work. This Business Analyst will help manage the intake and prioritization of initiatives, gather requirements, maintain the Salesforce roadmap, and keep stakeholders aligned across business and IT teams.

Responsibilities :

Gather and document requirements, processes, user stories, and test plans.

Support roadmap planning and communicate updates to leadership.

Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and resolve or escalate roadblocks.

Identify risks and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

Partner with Delivery Managers to align resources and teams.

Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders (business units, IT, leadership).

Assist with governance, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications :

5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years as a BA or PM.

Experience with Salesforce strategy, architecture, or delivery strongly preferred.

Strong background in IT project delivery, including third-party integrations.

Ability to translate business needs into requirements, use cases, and actionable plans.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Agile experience and comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).

Bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Business, or Finance preferred.

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $65 / hour and $85 / hour. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
