A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to lead the design and execution of onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Go-to-Market teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own GTM onboarding end-to-end, designing plans and tracking outcomes
Build multi-modal learning experiences, including live sessions and certifications
Codify CX GenAI sales plays and maintain content governance for easy access and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or related GTM roles
Proven ability to build and scale onboarding programs with measurable impact
Experience with enablement tools and BI platforms
Strong program design and project management skills
