Compensation

Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr - $100,000.00 / yr

Overview

This company is growing their engineering team as they have a large backlog of work and are one of the most well known firms in their industry. Full-time on-site role with a budding company.

Job Details

Develop, optimize and estimate equipment design using contractor, client, and industry specifications.

• Design or improve / refine equipment design to increase producibility and decrease costs.
• Prepare and update equipment process datasheets and provide technical clarifications to the client's queries.
• Prepare and update P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams) using AUTOCAD to develop scope of work and create technical bid summaries on projects.
• Specify and procure equipment related sub-components per project; coordinate with sub-vendors / sub-contractors; request and evaluate quotes. Negotiate pricing, delivery and terms and issue purchase orders. Follow up with vendors on delivery status and other engineering deliverables.
