The pay range for this position is Depending on Experience.
This is an on-site position M-F.
- Strong numeric aptitude, problem solving and analytical skills
- Track record in meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated, dependable and professional
- Layout accounts for monthly audits.
- Audit Association accounts (200+ / -) for delinquencies ready to have lien recorded. Prepare report for Managers and email to review and consult Board of Directors when necessary. Once approved, I proceed with the preparation of the lien to include deed search as needed. On same audit process, I release liens that have been paid in full.
- Preparation of deed includes searching for latest deed if not available on Caliber documents. Search by County and record costs to monthly report (process below).
- Keep record of all liens and releases on Supplemental Billing spreadsheets and upload to website as needed.
- Submit receipt to billing department when a document is purchased with corporate card.
- E-record lien and releases on designated website. Download once recorded and merge with supporting documents to upload to Caliber.
- Print lien letter and copy of recorded lien to send to homeowners and mail out.
- Write Collection Policies as new Associations are signed on. Send Policy to designated Manager or Delinquency Contract for accounting only association. Once signed by Board of Director’s officer, distribute policy internally.
- Keep master log of collection policies.
A drug and background screen will be processed for the selected candidate.
