Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with marketing science and finance teams to create and assess customer forecasts, focusing on acquisition, churn, and reactivation.
• Generate regular performance reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on key metrics and KPIs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels, particularly Email and Direct Mail, to guide strategy optimization.
• Summarize marketing performance and customer forecasts for leadership, including biannual executive review reports.
• Lead discussions on data inconsistencies to ensure accuracy and team alignment.
• Develop Tableau dashboard strategies in partnership with the marketing science team.
• Assess marketing impact on business performance, especially within the pharmacy division.
• Conduct marketing audits to uncover trends and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and execute structured marketing tests in collaboration with media planning and marketing science teams.
