Manager of Remote Agency Managers

The Manager of Remote Agency Managers is responsible for achieving financial and sales best practices goals for the Remote Agency Manager (RAM) team.  This role will develop operating plans outlining how the RAMs will meet their goals and successfully implement division initiatives.  This individual will draw on their experience as a successful field sales leader to manage a team of 10-14 direct reports and provide regular coaching and guidance focused on sales skill and career development. In addition, they will oversee the recruiting, hiring, training and development of our Sales and Distribution Chubb Associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement a RAM team strategy aligned with PRS Division initiatives designed to ensure achievement of all key financial and sales best practices goals.
• Collaborate with region and branch stakeholders to balance RAM team involvement, influence and performance within field teams while leading them as a broader, role-based community.
• Effectively manage the performance and development of the RAM and Sales & Distribution Chubb Associate teams by :

Leading the team to achieve strong performance and ensure alignment to business goals.
