ServiceNow Project Manager

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager to join their IT services team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ServiceNow projects across various modules including SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC

Create and manage project charters, plans, and documentation using NowCreate methodology

Coordinate Agile and Hybrid Agile implementations with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

4-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment

Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies

Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, and ServiceNow-PPM / ITBM
