Job Title : Digital Designer
About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Designer to create compelling digital design deliverables that inform, educate, and promote our products and solutions to pharmacies. This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker and creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating B2B digital marketing content-including eCommerce web pages, banners, and emails-and ensuring all creative projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand strategy, design guidelines, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and create a variety of B2B digital marketing content, including eCommerce web pages, banners, and emails, using Figma and Adobe tools.
- Develop engaging designs using established content components, demonstrating strong creative web design expertise.
- Apply user experience best practices and industry standards to build optimal experiences within existing toolsets and advise stakeholders.
- Translate research and analytics into effective design solutions that meet business goals and KPIs.
- Manage, review and approve design projects in Workfront, created by other designers, providing constructive feedback aligned with brand guidelines, design principles, and project objectives.
- Partner with copywriters to conceptualize, design, and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Contribute to and ensure adherence to documentation and processes for digital design deliverables.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and budget constraints for both creation and review tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to push creative boundaries and ensure creative alignment and quality across all digital assets.
- Present creative work in internal client meetings with clear rationale and adaptability to feedback.
Qualifications :
5-7 years of senior digital design experience preferred, including both hands-on creation and critical review of digital assets.Strong omni-channel portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of digital experiences and design execution.Strong advocate of templates and guidelines.Experience in eCommerce and B2B marketing.Proficiency in visual design fundamentals and exceptional attention to detail.Solid understanding of UX, Design Thinking, and Human-Centered Design.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront, and Figma. Experience in Jira is a plus.Expectations at This Level :
