Production Designer

Position Summary :

The Columbus Crew are looking to add a Production Designer to our in-house creative group that sits within the Marketing Department. This role will report into the Creative Director, but primarily support the Corporate Partnerships and Business Solutions teams.

The Production Designer will play a key role in bringing partnership ideas to life through high quality visual content. We're seeking a talented designer who excels at working independently as they create impactful pitch decks, branded mockups, presentations and templates in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Additionally, this position will offer design support to the Creative Services team and wider club.

This position will be required to work out of our Columbus office, attend various marketing and corporate partnerships department meetings and brainstorms- and will be asked to work some home matches, which may include weekends and holidays.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Partner closely with the Corporate Partnerships team to develop compelling, visual collateral that supports organizational initiatives
• Creation and development of pitch decks, presentations and templates
• Creation of Crew and client co-branded pitch-related graphics, photos and mock-ups
• Develop visually appealing logos, charts, infographics and iconography
• Transform content outlines (with copy-heavy information) into visually appealing designs
• Project manage creative requests to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are up to date
• Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure brand standards are met
• Assist with the development and deployment of new concepts and creative solutions
• Meet deadlines while working closely with departments to deliver quality results in real-time
• Support additional club initiatives by executing templated work and converting key visuals into additional creative across a suite of deliverables
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned
